Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for expense reports. For instance, if we have a team event or order team swag, we upload the invoice there to get it reimbursed by the finance team. We likely use it for another type of invoices as well, but I personally haven't. It's very easy to include all the information, and bills in one place.

  • Some parts are not logical to use, for instance attaching the invoice to the expense report.

Webexpenses, altho it works, the user interface isn't great - it is a bit dated, not so easy to use and there are some illogical parts (like attaching an invoice to your expense report. I wish it was simpler to use sometimes, having a drag-and-drop system, a better overview of reports, etc.
We have some of our invoices automatically approved, so it takes less time but still leaves a trail on who expensed what and when. It has really made a difference, compared to our older systems.
As an end-user, I need a really simple interface that would give a good overview of expense reports and a place to upload my invoices and track their status. For that, Webexpenses is great.

Well suited: it is quite easy to use as it only has one purpose. It has all the documents and data in one place. It's easy to backtrack on where your invoice is sitting right now, what's the status etc. Not so well suited: if you want an easy-to-use user interface.
