Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm an end-user of the Webexpenses software. Having to drive between various sites regularly, I have found the ability to log multiple destinations within one trip to be quite intuitive, which allows me to group my expenses by day rather than having to log individual journeys. The approval process always seems to work well. Overall, it is one of the better expense softwares that I have used.

Pros

Multiple destinations within one trip.
Easy to navigate.

Cons

I'd like the ability to log more than one vehicle for times I use my wife's car or cycle.

Return on Investment

Staff are able to submit claims as required.

Usability

I occasionally need to update my vehicle details, etc. The ability to have more than one vehicle logged at a time would make it more usable.

In my case this is well suited as I work between 4 locations and this allows me to easily log and adjust the journeys on the fly as I go. being able to add multiple destinations makes it far easier for me to manage my journeys as I can view them as a summary of my day rather than just small individual trips.
