Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used as the central platform for managing employee expense claims at our company. It has streamlined the entire expense process, from submission and approval to reimbursement, providing a more efficient, transparent, and compliant solution compared to our previous manual spreadsheet-based approach. We manage claims, approvals, audit history through here

Pros

  • Capturing data from receipt images
  • Able to capture all the necessary details
  • Speed up claims process

Cons

  • Make app more stable
  • Adding mileage claims from app is not the easiest
  • Improved efficiency for checking expenses claims
  • Improved efficiency for claimants
Claim submissions are quicker, claim approvals are quicker and easier, VAT reclaims are more accurate
Increased visibility of spend, and a reduction of out of policy claims
Software is easy to use and user friendly
