Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to submit claims such as Travel and other expenditure when we need to claim it back from the company. It works very well and I have had to claim for fuel expenses, postage costs and hosting business partners and it has been fine to use with little hassle.

Pros

  • Works out the mileage travelled
  • easy to upload the receipts
  • gives you categories for the claim

Cons

  • It asks for my car engine size for some reason but doesn't make a difference to the rate paid for fuel expenses
  • improved efficiency
claim submissions, approvals
don't have to chase for payments as the approval request is sent straight through and notification sent to the approver who can then pick this up
easy and to the point
never needed it

works well for putting claims in just that sometimes the information it is asking for doesn't make a difference so what is the point i.e engine size
