Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenes for keeping track of credit card transactions and getting vat receipts for these so the accounts team can easily have these for hmrc when required.Teams also use it for claiming back travel milage and expenses.Anyone purchasing goods on items purchased for projects can use it for claiming back expenses

Pros

  • Stores vat receipts and easily matches these to transactions as they come in
  • Makes it simple to claim milage with only the use of postcodes
  • Allows specific manager's to easily approve transactions and expenses.

Cons

  • Sometimes when you click credit card items to import nothing happens, you have to go to another part of the page and then back to it in order for it to display.
  • Would be nice if it could read 0% vat of invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Would be nice if you could expand archived claims, you currently have to return them to the main screen to see the details.
  • Saves time finding all invoices at the end of each month
  • Strealined way for managers to approve expenses.
  • Makes end of month reconciliation for the accounts team much smoother.
Easy to use interface that suit's both experienced and inexperienced computer users. The menus are easy to navigate to find the specific section you are looking for and the simple ability to upload files that are required for recipts is very simple to use. It easily allowed us to create a company how to guide.

Its great for keeping track of expenses on the credit card each month and saving receipts as you go rather than looking for them all at the end of a month.
it fits a business with credit cards, travellers and those requiring expense claims, a great all round pience of software.
