Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses mainly to claim milage monthly. I like how it works out the milage for you with the map feature based on the post codes that you provide, making it efficient and easy to use. However, I do think that there is an area to improve, this is attaching receipts. Currently you have to attach your receipts for each individual journey. I think that there should be a way to attach just one in a separate section for the whole claim. This would make it far more time efficient.

Pros

  • Remembering recently visited addresses when claiming milage

Cons

  • Having to add receipts for each individual claim
  • Having to add a description for each claim when they are all the same (milage)
  • Having to scroll so far down to find travel business milage
  • Time Saving with the map feature meaning that you don't have to work the distance out yourself when claiming milage
  • Could improve efficiency if we didn't have to upload receipts to each individual journey, as this takes time.
  • Reduced operational costs
Webexpenses is very easy to use, as it prompts you on what buttons you need to press, or if you haven't added receipts. You can also see what stage your claim is at, meaning that you can see when it has been approved and processed. This makes it easy to know when you will receive your claim.

My experience with Webexpenses is mainly for milage and sometimes parking. I find that it is well suited to both scenarios. Claiming for parking is very easy and so is milage however it does get repetitive! I have not used it for anything other than this so it is difficult for me to speak on other scenarios.
