Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Webexpenses to claim back my expenses, it allows me to track and see what stage my claim is at rather than submitting paper copies with no visability. There is a clear audit trail and you can make sure that every item has been claimed for and what project it relates to.

shows a full history of what you have claimed
shows a balance of all claims

data entry can be repeatative
user interface is not the most friendly
auto save would be helpful rather than having to manually click on save each time moved to another page

It shows me how much has been claimed for particular items
less queries of "has this been processed?"
Easier for line managers to approve claims without having to dig through piles of paper copies

Useful to see clearly see cost against multiple projects then break them down into particular categories. This then means that we can identify areas that are costing the business and can be improved on. The data entry of having to manually enter the details of each receipt each time feels very time consuming.

Great being able to see and track claims but time consuming data entry
