The product if you want structure in your business

At my organization we use Webexpenses for almost every expense reimbursement or submission, from traveling to Team events, you name it.
It makes it very simple, trackable, and secure. I personally really enjoy using it, as makes it very easy to submit any expense, such as travel, commute, one time allowances, or invoices, that I've self financed, but later become admissible for Webexpenses.

VAT reclaim definitely has a great impact on our processes it had a great impact which reduced the process to half.
Approvals before using the software were a bit longer to process and go through the flow, now it has been greatly reduced with Webexpenses.
Tracking the mileage became much more clear to our teams, making it easier to follow and see through the processes.

Across our teams there are huge improvements in compliance because the system automatically flags or blocks out-of-policy claims. This enforcement drives down those problematic submissions.
