Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
- Easy layout to scan, very natural flow to charting and allowed to be slightly customized.
- Easy, simple access at home.
- Plenty of room to free text but also allowed for clicking through certain subjects so it was quicker.
- Hard to find other documentation from other clinics.
- Couldn't erase certain sections if they didn't pertain to that client.
As I said early, my current employer has us use EPIC right now and I miss WebPT badly. As I said in the strengths column, there is a much easier interface, able to find where to document certain aspects of an evaluation much more easily. One thing that it doesn't have is a good integration of exercise regiments, which EPIC lacks as well. I'd love to find a documentation system that uses it's own pool of exercises to send to patients and can be easily documented with pictures so other PTs know exactly the exercises you were instructing a patient on.
