Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use both the EMR and RCM services for our company. The EMR has always been very therapist friendly with functional options that help reduce documentation time. The RCM allows the billing to be all inclusive with the EMR and keeps the workflow happening quicker for the turnaround for payement.
Pros
- Wide variety of functional options
- Support staff is always friendly and helpful
- Documentation is user friendly for the therapist
Cons
- More direct access to team support members. Hard to always have to go through a call center
- Less outsourcing for the billing solutions. So there are not so many different people dealing with your account.
- As a client I would like to be less involved with payer portals
- Documentation time has decreased for the therapists which improves their productivity and energy with patients.
- Time spent by myself as the owner with some of the areas of the RCM in particular has taken a lot of my time away from other areas which I don't prefer.
- Claim rates have been very solid though throughout and is very appreciated by our team for WebPT's process and efforts in that area!
