Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

Pros

  • Easy to follow.
  • Consistent.
  • User friendly.

Cons

  • Not formatted in subjective, objective, assessment, and plan (SOAP) format.
  • Difficult to provide necessary assessment info.
  • Multiple pages limit quick usage/scanning.
WebPT is more reliable than Clinicient. However, the continuous one page layout for documentation allows for a more similar format of a SOAP note which I like.
WebPT is well suited for providing available options. It is difficult to provide paragraphs or phrases and difficult to carry through continuous data for the next session.
