Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use WebPT as an EMR for physical therapy clinic. Checking in checking out patience, taking patient payments, documentation by the therapist, and billing claims. Biggest problem we encounter is switching between clinics for scheduling some boots us out regularly.

  • No room for pop-up alerts if something is needed for a patient
  • Technical issues switching between clinics
