Overall Satisfaction with Webroot Antivirus + Internet Security Complete (SecureAnywhere)
Webroot Antivirus is very lightweight with very little impact on local resources. the browser plugin is very useful and almost never interrupts browsing unless it deems a site dangerous. Generally, it just warns you in the search results about what rating each site has. This has allowed us a sense of security for our users both in-office and mobile as it is managed from a central online console we can reach from anywhere.

- Central console management and full customization
- Reseller renewals are easy, renewals purchased yourself are not seamless
- Upgrading certain hardware on a machine often duplicates the machine in the console
- Having multiple companies can be confusing if all were not set up through the same reseller
- Browsing security
- Scheduled scans and auto quarantine
- Live/Realtime Admin notifications
- Instant notifications allow us to take action immediately
- Policies for groups of machines makes deployment simple and fast
- Browser plugins are very helpful for our users
Both of the aforementioned products were heavy on the learning curve as far as configuration and deployment. Both had a rather nonintuitive interface to centrally manage your protected devices. They both did a good job, but with unnecessary effort to achieve the same result as Webroot delivers with a simplified solution.
