Overall Satisfaction with Whova

It is not used by my company but I used it to have access to the GLF Bonn Conference 2020.
  • Access to live sessions in conferences.
  • Avenue for networking groups.
  • Access to event materials, documents, videos.
  • It took me awhile before I could register. Your registration code or ID is not immediately provided.
  • For a registered lone user due to an event, it somehow generated more social return on my time invested and money spent for the conference.
As I mentioned, Whova is the best online events organizer platform I used so far and its functions outweigh the other 2 platforms I indicated above, with the pros I mentioned earlier. Zoom and MS 365 business are excellent online meeting platforms but lack the "organization" function Whova has. You can network thru chat and create break out rooms but I feel Whova has advantage to accommodate bigger number of participants.

I think Whova opened to me a wide array of possibilities for organizations and people to hold conferences and events in the time of COVID, as compared to other available platforms. Its functions range from info on event schedules, redirecting you to sessions of your choice, community discussions on specialized topics and agenda, sharing of resources, among others. It somehow is the "best online events organizer."
