Overall Satisfaction with Whova

I attended a Whova use-case event. The app was used for all formal logistics and networking purposes. The event had an attendance of roughly 800 unique members.

Pros

  • Profile Creation
  • Ease of Contact Exchange
  • Aggregated Attendees List for Follow Up

Cons

  • Split the community tab. It's currently hard to have sideline events be discoverable to the wider audience if it's hidden between polls and general questions
  • Networking with a targeted group. I derived enough value from the conference on the networking alone to justify the ticket price.
Ease of use. UX design is simple even for non-tech inclined users to understand.
