Overall Satisfaction with Widen

Acquia DAM (Widen) is our central DAM system that holds all of our assets, videos, logos, and creative executions.

  • Search Bar

Cons

  • Downloading assets to the specs/format needed.
  • Organizing privacy settings with certain user roles.
  • Enhanced cross-channel brand consistency.
  • Faster product launches.
We currently don't have a CSM for Acquia DAM (Widen).
We use Salsify as our main PIM, so we use Acquia DAM (Widen) in a completely different way.

Acquia DAM (Widen) is great for sharing assets within our company or sending them to outside vendors/retailers. It's an efficient way to organize all of our assets and attach metadata, rights, descriptions, and keywords to each image/video.
