Everyone has access to the same content on Acquia DAM (Widen), so it's imperative to remove old assets as time goes on so it doesn't get used publicly.

We use Salsify as our main PIM, so we use Acquia DAM (Widen) in a completely different way.

Acquia DAM (Widen) is great for sharing assets within our company or sending them to outside vendors/retailers. It's an efficient way to organize all of our assets and attach metadata, rights, descriptions, and keywords to each image/video.
