Overall Satisfaction with Widen

Widen is our central DAM system that holds all of our assets, videos, logos, and creative executions.

  • Downloading assets to the specs/format needed.
  • Organizing privacy settings with certain user roles.
  • Portals
  • Metadata on assets.
  • Enhanced cross-channel brand consistency.
  • Faster product launches.
We currently don't have a CSM for Widen.
Everyone has access to the same content on Widen, so it's imperative to remove old assets as time goes on so it doesn't get used publicly.
We use Salsify as our main PIM, so we use Widen in a completely different way.

Widen is great for sharing assets within our company or sending them to outside vendors/retailers. It's an efficient way to organize all of our assets and attach metadata, rights, descriptions, and keywords to each image/video.
