Overall Satisfaction with Widen
We use Acquia DAM (Widen)as a place to house all of our digital assets. We also use it as a central and self-serving platform where our internal team members and retailer partners can access digital assets for their selling and marketing needs. The Workflow function helps us project manage all of our active artwork requests in one place. I am the global user admin and I spearhead any updates or changes within our company-wide platform.

- we have been able to review manage, create and approve over 2000 monthly assets using Workflow as a project management tool
- We have streamlined our artwork approval process by keeping it centralized and easy for review across three different departments
we would like to better organize our assets within the categories under assets. we are also looking at ways to integrate our assets within Widen to our internal b2b platform
a majority of our retailers are able to download multiple watch images from DAM at once to them add to their websites. we also ues the embed code functionality to link our watch images onto our flagship website
I find Acquia DAM (Widen) easier to use compared to Basecamp since Acquia DAM (Widen) store and sort the assets you create within workflow and then provide a platform where you can easily share the created asset. Basecamp is more project management and has been finicky with asset proofing and reviewing for me in the past
