Overall Satisfaction with Widen

We use Widen to organize and share assets digitally with our internal/external partners, customers, and collaborators. We also integrate with Salsify to distribute our assets to our e-commerce platforms via Salsify. The assets we upload and share are work-in-progress to final assets including photography, digital graphics, packaging artwork, renderings, video, brand guidelines, and assets.

Widen is the best solution if you have a lot of assets with various file types that need to be organized. The main advantage is that folders are not a thing. Metadata is the source of truth throughout the platform. Once your metadata is established and correct sharing assets is a breeze.
