Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)
Acquia DAM (Widen) is used as our company DAM solution and stores all assets, images, videos, pdf files, etc. used across the organization for marketing purposes, directly "interfaced" with our website, etc. The option to share assets with people, also those without access /license to Acquia DAM (Widen) is great, saves a lot of time and ease way of working with internal and external stakeholders. Collections tool is another "tool" that makes working with and sharing assets very easy. We have portals also for branding purposes, HR and employer branding elements and more. Makes it very easy to provide assets and give inspiration to non-Acquia DAM (Widen) users. Acquia DAM (Widen) ensures all assets are on-brand makes it easy to manage, update and control the brand
- The asset sharing option is easy and functions well
- the upload process is easy and intuitive and the option to fill in same meta-data on bulk uploads saves time
- Insights are straight-forward and easy to work with
- Search function could be optimized. Not always finding assets with search words in the file name and/or in the meta data
- Would be great if portals could be designed in line with a CMS solution, ex have a top menu point (horizontal) with sub categories. Would make it user-friendly, intuitive and "recognizable" for users to work with. Not optimal having to scroll down a lot
- Access to all available assets across to entire organization and to all external stakeholders (agencies)
- Ensures correct, consistent use of assets and material produces is on brand and following company guidelines
- Ensures we always have updated list of assets and people don´t use out-dated/wrong assets
Interface with our website solution easy and optimizes the working process, and ensures only on-brand assets are shown online. Easy for non-marketing people to find on brand assets, ex. Communications dept, HR, etc.
