Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

We use it to supply final graphics for our client. This allows us to relay files without worry about file limit sizing while also being able to streamline who these graphics go to.

Pros

  • The information is organized in a clear way, each step of the process.
  • The amount of options given is nice, even if i dont use them all
  • Fast, I never wait long for things to upload or links getting to me.

Cons

  • Tons of steps in the uploading process. I bypass most since they aren't needed but I go through 20 clicks and only a few are items are ones that need changed on my end.
  • Due to the amount of steps, the site looks clunky/out of date
  • Efficiency has increase! Gathering assets and sending them is an easy breeze.
  • Streamlined communications when handing off assets.
They were fast
Acquia DAM (Widen) feels like a bigger platform to work within. Acquia DAM (Widen) has more options to choose from which allows us to partner with big companies.

This platform is great for centralizing all of a clients collateral/deliverables. We are able to organize the assets in a smart way for anyone in either company to find. The platform is easy to use. This has made delivering files to the client much, much easier.
