Overall Satisfaction with Widen

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) across our organization to organize marketing assets available. Prior, we kept everything stored in a U-drive that was clunky and hard to keep organized. With the metadata available in Acquia DAM (Widen), we are now able to search all assets down to market, niche, product, and so on. The rating system helps us easily track down our best quality assets.

Acquia DAM (Widen) is great when a team is trying to gather and organize assets across groups. Our organization had silos that caused there to be different processes for saving, and with Acquia DAM (Widen) implemented, there is no confusion on assets. You can take advantage of expiration dates, ratings on the quality of assets and collections to share what you have found with others.
