Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

It's critical to revisit previous conversations as a lot of contexts get lost while translating to notes in SF; Wingman makes it easy to revisit conversations and plan subsequent meetings; It's easy to search by keywords, participants, and accounts. It also allows you to tag teammates, making it an effective training tool.
  • Transcripts for quick review of the call (in case you missed/didn't understand something).
  • Mapping critical events/context.
  • Easy to find relevant calls.
  • Tag and comment for teammates.
  • A prompt to add next steps/action items after a call (helps get things done in the flow of work).

Very useful for any client interfacing role. Context on calls is very important. It is especially useful if you're managing a large portfolio of accounts and it is easy to lose track of conversations.
