Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman overtop of Zoom to record and collect data on demos conducted by our account executives and onboarding team. This helps the individual reps and managers look for opportunities to coach and improve rep performance. In many cases, we also use it to share a replay of the call to prospective clients.

Pros

  • Good Transcription and search options.
  • Post call edit and meeting sharing.
  • Call quality scoring.

Cons

  • There is probably deeper functionality available. Account optimization or highlighting things that could be used more would be helpful.
  • Functionality to add Wingman to a non-scheduled call would be great.
  • Easily record calls.
  • Reviewing calls for coaching and performance.
  • Sharing call recordings with meeting participants.
  • Since I wasn't involved in the buying decision, I can't calculate ROI, but its continued use is a good indicator that members of our leadership team feel like its value is high.
Gong does have some deeper functionalities from an analytics standpoint, but the cost per seat didn't make sense to use Gong. Wingman provides a great mix of value and functionality.

Wingman is great for recording and sharing zoom calls. The ability to review calls in multiple ways is also really useful. It can be used for coaching, personal improvement, etc. It has also been very helpful on multiple occasions to go back and search through the transcripts for particular points of conversation that I may have failed to make note of. All in all, Wingman is an excellent value and easy-to-use tool that I use it for. We are going to be using Hubspot soon and I look forward to being able to utilize the Wingman integration there as well.
