Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman to manage and train our sales and cs team. It records like Gong but is much cheaper with all of the same functionality. It is way better than using transcribing software and is great to get statistics and share recordings. We couldn't do what we do without Wingman.

I have used Gong and it is fairly similar to Wingman but there is a huge difference in price point. Wingman saves our team a lot of money and makes a huge difference for a start-up like ourselves.

Wingman is great for sales and customer service teams. I could not do my job without it. I think that any start-up or enterprise-level team should be using Wingman to make their calls more consistent and trainable. Overall, if you are buying something then buy Wingman. It's a no-brainer.
