Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
We basically use Wingman to record calls and all conversations related to it. It is very useful to review information while drafting a contract, note key details, and also helps us with various training purposes as well. It bridges the gap of having the additional headache of taking notes of your conversation and automates the whole process for you.

Allego is an amazing tool but it is only limited to telephonic/voice calls. Since cold calls aren't that heavy in our current organization, it wasn't of much use and that's how wingman came in handy. It can be readily used in all virtual meeting rooms and also is a very cost-effective tool. Their support is also very great.
