Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Wisestamp to make signatures for multiple people in my business. It’s an easy way to make sure we all have matching signatures across multiple platforms.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Connect to Microsoft Outlook.
Syncs for multiple accounts and platforms.
Variety of templates to choose from.

Cons

It was a little difficult to get it connected to Microsoft 365.
On occasion signatures do not load in Outlook.

Return on Investment

Nothing tangible at this time.

Usability

It was easy to build our signature and customize it for each person. That said, it took a bit to connect to 365 and be sure it was syncing for all employees.
