Overall Satisfaction with Wix
In 2017 we moved our organization's website from a Wordpress site to Wix and we haven't looked back. Representing our company on the web is important and Wix has become our one-stop shop for website design. It's ease of use and multiple design templates have made training our department heads a breeze. We now have a web presence, with responsive pages and mobile compatibility, all of which we did not possess before our move to Wix.
- Easy to setup
- Help documentation is easy to access and detailed
- Customization
- See what your website will look like on a computer / tablet / mobile device
- The blogging feature could be improved. I would like to see additional blogging layouts available.
- Updated - responsive website
- Increased security
- Less time spent programming - more time spent designing
We have tried Squarespace, Wordpress, as well as a multitude of design programming and hosting platforms and, hands down, Wix provided everything we wanted and needed in a concise, affordable and easy to use package. I can't imagine going back to any of the products we had used before or an ROI that would suggest that anything but Wix was a perfect fit for our organization!
