As an agency, we rely on WPVIP to provide stable scalable hosting and comprehensive e-commerce solutions to our customers. The biggest benefit for us is that WPVIP provides a reliable solution with fast support and allows our customers to grow their business/website platform and expand internationally.

WPVIP has different support packages to match the needs of the particular industry or situation. However, regardless of the package (which usually defines response times, among other factors) I firmly believe that WPVIP offers one of the best value to cost ratios in the industry. In addition, the company staff is impressively professional and are willing to go an extra mile for the customer.
WPVIP performance compared to other WordPress hosting options, and non-specific platform hosting companies is impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend speaking with WPVIP to any company which is considering switching to WordPress CMS or is having reliability or service support issues with their current provider.
The thing that facilitates the ease of use in regard to WPVIP is the customer facing team that they employ. WPVIP customer relation team has a comprehensive hiring process that aims to onboard knowledgeable people who are motivated to help the customers achieve their goals. Their website also provides plenty of resources that empower the customers and improve the ease of use.

From my experience, WPVIP is best suited for the larger end of S&B sector and definitely the enterprise sector. When a customer is less sensitive to price, and is looking for a reliable solution with fist rate support, WPVIP is a great choice. It is also a perfect solution for companies that are aggressively growing or expanding to new countries/markets. WPVIP has a large network of partners to enable business growth and improve market penetration.
