Thanks to WordPress VIP, we can handle extremely high traffic with exceptional performance and stability. Very content-rich sites became much easier to manage. They go up and beyond to provide top-notch security (which wasn't so obvious with alternative providers) and put a great emphasis on support - a bunch of professionals able to help on any issue. What differentiates WordPress VIP from the crowded ecosystem is WordPress and other CMSes. If you’re looking for pointers, we’d love to highlight the value of our security, scalability, reliability, performance, and the depth of expertise in our support team.

There wasn't a single problem that wouldn't be solved by the WordPress VIP support team, and I had quite a few questions during the process. They were always available and provided in-depth expertise on topics I was interested in. I not only consulted problems with them but also advised on future actions - in general, I'd highly recommend getting in touch.
As I wrote before, WordPress VIP can handle even the most demanding traffic spikes. We had a situation when the client went viral faster than expected, and there were absolutely no issues with that whatsoever.
Easy to use, easy to set up, easy to navigate. And if you find any step problematic their support was always there to help me go through it.

None of the solutions we used before handled the high traffic so easily.
WordPress VIP, for sure, is not for everyone. Small companies with relatively low traffic or ones that do not plan to go viral will probably find a good enough partner for less money. However, if you lead an enterprise with millions of page views or plan to go viral in the future - WordPress VIP has all you will ever need to seamlessly do so.
