Overall Satisfaction with Workable
We started using Workable when I first realized that there wasn't an applicant tracking system in place. We needed something that would be user-friendly that way we could train our supervisors to really utilize the program. It isn't the fanciest but it gets the job done and their customer service department is great!
- It is user-friendly and it can be tailored around each specific position you need.
- It allows you the opportunity to chose which job boards you want your position posted on.
- The software is priced well.
- I would like to see more options for integrations with job campaigns on Indeed.
- If there was an opportunity to create some sort of reminder or follow-up option, it would help us a ton!
- It has allowed us to become completely paperless in our recruitment process.
- It allows less room for important candidate information to be left out.
Workable was the best bang for our buck. In growing as a company, it has grown with us. We went from three job postings, to 10! It can be completely tailored to your business type and size. Whenever we need to scale back, it is a quick and easy process as you can control all of that on your end.
