Overall Satisfaction with Workable
Workable is used by our Talent Acquisition team as an Applicant Tracking System. Our entire organization uses it to track the hiring of new employees. Workable allows us to see candidate flow in a simple way to be able to screen and process large numbers of candidates through the hiring process.

Workable is simple and powerful with a collaborative interface that allows collaboration of positions to be accomplished seamlessly and in realtime. It is simple to create and manage jobs and uses keyword publishing to drive more candidates to postings on sites. It exceeds all the systems I have used in every area except for possibly CATS, but CATS was lacking in the ability to collaborate with hiring managers. Lever's database structure was focused on candidates and had jobs attached to candidates, rather than allowing candidates to be attached to jobs. This caused severe problems when trying to do things in bulk with candidates using templates.
