Overall Satisfaction with Workable
Only used by three workers within the Company (2 Corporate Recruiters, and One HR Manager, Truly only 2 users, the Recruiters.) Addressed the following
- Applicant Tracking 2016-2017
- Keyword Recruiting searches 2016-2017 "boolean string tools"
- Pre Hire Screened Questions ("Local to D/FW, Yes or No, Do you have 3 years of XYZ")
- User feel - Very easy to sort through applicants by position, also time relevant of when applied
- Very easy to post positions that sync up to other of our platforms such as Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Parsing resumes and other attachments within a candidate's profile. It was accomplished but can be easier.
- A very positive impact. We have several employees that are still within VibeHCM that applied through Workable, ones also that were found by our recruiting team that were even DISQUALIFIED due to our tough screensavers. Have some true rock stars because of Workable even in tough areas to find top tech talent like Indiana.
Workable in my eyes may not be as complex, but for mid-market and growing mid-market companies, this is the product that will help businesses where hiring is frequent. We didn't need to be overwhelmed with technology, and I think that helped us with our decision in choosing Workable.
