Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management

Workday Human Capital Management is being implemented by my organization, so we don't use it, just implement it. Since it is cloud-based, it makes it easier for our customers to stay up to date with the latest versions without being negatively impacted by the updates. Workday's friendly UI also helps customers navigate and configure their system more easily.
  • Cloud-based updates. Easier for companies to stay up to date with latest technologies.
  • Friendly and user intuitive UI.
  • No local servers needed by the companies. Everything is hosted by Workday.
  • It is not 100% fleshed out for companies with a large user-base (but it is getting there).
  • On the expensive side.
Well-suited when a company is doing well and wants to modernize its processes.

It is on the expensive side and time consuming to deploy so some companies might opt to stay with their old systems due to the employee training that will be required when switching to Workday.
