We use Workday for managing transactions from separations, leaves management, transfers, onboarding, documents verification and time sheet management. We also use this to engage with other teams like Recruitment, onboarding team and payroll and benefits. We even integrated employee stock options if employee wish to be part of this program. Additionally, employees can manage their benefits and professional certificates from Workday

Workday is easier to be integrated than SuccessFactors. Employee can initiate and guide the requestor for any required information to submit and put forth the request.
