Workday Professional Services Automation provides many features in one tool, like work hours tracking against different projects, expense tracking and approval process for expenses, and leave approval and leave balance feature. It also helps with the cost and client chargeability. Overall this is one place to manage many work-related items, including new hiring as well.

It also helps with new job positions, hiring, and referral program. And expense approval flow is useful as well. Overall it's great to manage a team and anything work-related items. There are so many features covered, like goals and performance management. Generating reports and exporting data are good add-on features.
