Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We are using Workfront across the entire organization. The heavy users are IT and EPMO. It's used for project intake and to manage all society projects. Business users are able to view project plans and status reporting. We are using it to help manage IT and EPMO resources.

  • Enterprise view has allowed us to make better decisions about initiating additional projects
  • Allowed us to plan better for future work
We've only been using Workfront for a few months but have been very satisfied with what the software provides. To start, we needed a project intake mechanism and a way to show an enterprise view of all projects. Now we're moving into more advanced features as we start to input more data and get more experience.
