Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

Entire organization. We use if for project builds, service delivery, reporting, and time entry for HR and client billing purposes.

Pros

  • Centralizes communication in a single platform
  • Easy to use and access
  • Minimal training needed

Cons

  • Reporting is AWFUL. Very archaic and cumbersome
  • Organization of conversation flow could be improved
  • Ability to capture LOE on work
  • Ability to capture custom data on work
  • Collaboration centralization
I don't know what other products we tested (I didn't take part in this)
Great for projects that have a definitive start and end date. They need to start thinking about work management that doesn't have a start and end date, ie ongoing client service delivery.
