Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We are leveraging Workfront to manage the demand of creatives/digital asset workflows within our marketing area. In the past, we had a very disconnected process, approval flows and whatnot. Leveraging Workfront as a workflow tool to facilitate the process has allowed us to expedite the creative process and support our business with more rapid and predictable turnaround times.

We really thought that Workfront had the best capability match based on our desires. It was a broad toolset that seemed to address many facets of functionality we were looking for. It mostly came down to capability and price when making our decision.
We have definitely benefited from the internal collaboration aspect of the tool. While there are a ton of other tools in our organization that users have the option to use, the people on the Workfront platform generally have great things to say and prefer it over other options available to them.
This is one place where I think the tool is a bit lacking. The UI is clean but some people have mentioned that reports as part of an agile process are not comparable to other tools that they are used to (like Jira and TFS).
We only used professional services the beginning of the project to get spun up, but we haven't had a lot of ongoing services work. We were very happy with the onboarding experience and the assistance from Workfront in moving forward.
There are a lot of scenarios where Workfront works well. Any process that requires teams to collaborate and manage as a group is potentially an option to leverage the platform.
