Cons

  • Performance, too slow
  • Seems like it is down/unavailable a lot
  • We have one centralized tool that serves as our help desk tool, workflow tool for IT requests, and project management. As such, I have one place to go to see all my work
For the way I manage projects, Workfront works well. I am able to list all my projects in one view and then dig deeper for project status, work assignments, etc. I cannot think of am area where it is less appropriate.
