Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

  • Centralize projects in one solution
  • Manage digital work processes
Allows us to consolidate projects into one platform, provides the ability to build Gantt charts.

Pros

  • Can search for past projects.
  • Allows for templates.

Cons

  • Most areas are not user friendly and require a lot of grunt work to make it right.
  • Unable to complete a project without completing each task.
  • Unable to edit posted comments or tag people after comments are posted.
  • Time consuming for individuals to use and complete projects.
  • Too rigid of a structure for projects.
Internal collaboration - we can assign tasks to different teams and work together.
Well suited for large projects requiring Gantt charts and lots of tasks. Poorly designed for smaller projects.
