Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
- Deliver client-facing services
Workfront was really helpful in ensuring that my team tracked their time for each project. It made our workflow very efficient and ensured that everyone had visibility into our project progress. It also helped improve profits given that we spent less time on certain tasks. Finally, it helped with a silly logistical situation like having to share multiple spreadsheets.
Pros
- I think it makes working on a shared project very efficient.
- Helped eliminate time spent on certain tasks, which helped deliver our end product quickly.
Cons
- I would say that sometimes the interface was hard to get used to from the getco but after spending more time within it, It became pretty straightforward
- Workfront has impacted my team's availability to work collaboratively and has impacted productivity in a positive way.
- Given the improvement to efficiency, it has also impacted our capacity.
I have not used similar products to WorkFront as I just joined the workforce 2 years ago so I cannot provide much feedback on other competing vendors unfortunately. That said, happy to circle back in the future if I do decide to use a competing vendor and I can update this feedback then.
We definitely benefited from this capability. We were able to move faster as a team in terms of collaboration and workflow, which allowed us to churn out client solutions quicker and cut down our time spent on the prject as a whole. both of these situations improved our end product and allowed us to work more efficiently.
