Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
- Manage digital work processes
We use Workfront for administering projects, recource planning and optimising / allocating resources. We use it for financial tracking of projects including analysis, reporting as well as managing timesheets and financial aspects of projects.

Cons
- Responsiveness of views, sometimes I have to resize the columns to be able to see what I want to.
- Managing projects in Workfront helps us creating very detailed reports helping us to forecasts and current status accurately.
- Resource allocation tool helps us to book resources and forecast team utilization.
- Nice view of ongoing projects and financial status of them, we use the dashboards to go through them on regular status meetings.
The business selected Workfront, but I don't know the details of the selection criteria, however we 100% utilise the raw data of projects, utilization and finacials of the projects that we use for evaluating and tracking projects and processes and forecasting for weeks/ months / quarters ahead.
I can't really see the collaborative benefits of the product but potentially because my organisation doesn't use the tool for actual task tracking but just for the purposes mentioned before. It would be great to see a progress dashboards where I could see the project progress in one view as currently I heavily rely on additional communication on multiple projects rather than visiting dashboards that shows the real time status of tasks and overall progress.
Unfortunately I haven't used any of the professional services provided by Workfront.
