Overall Satisfaction with Workplace by Facebook (Formerly Facebook at Work)

It is being used across our corporation as a communication platform. We are using it to announce important business updates, collaborate with coworkers, and organize plans. It addresses our issues of needing fast communication and a good platform to organize collaborative ideas.

It is well suited to a company that wants to collaborate across offices. It is not well suited for a company that everyone is more likely to speak face to face. Small companies would benefit less than large companies with multiple locations.
