Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo is a great way to keep open communication between the many departments the casino has. In addition, I use this platform for employee recognition which has boosted morale for my employees within the three departments I manage. There is always something happening within the corporation that I work for whether it is a concert, promotion, or general information Workvivo is the ideal way to keep everything organized and easily accessible to all team members.
Pros
- Spaces keep information organized
- User-friendly, easy to figure out without direction
- Helpful to quickly communicate with team members
Cons
- I'd like to tag my team or an individual employee
- I'd like to have more options in addition to "heart" a post or comment
- I'd like to have a space or page for my individual departments

- It positively impacts employee knowledge of current promotions/events
- It can be used as a tool to help guests who have questions
