Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Working in a large organization, Workvivo is great to quickly reference who someone is within the group, where they sit within the company, who they report to, and to get their information.
Pros
- User friendly org chart that allows for a personal touch.
- Get updates from co-workers across the globe all in one place like engagement and baby announcements.
- Great for allowing are remote workers to feel connected and less isolated.
Cons
- It is heavily dependent and buy in from its users.
- The addition of something similar to a 'Wall'.
- Enhancement or training of the 'Spaces' feature.
- All in one communication center
- User friendly org chart
- No negative impact at all.
Workvivo is miles ahead of any other platform I have used.
