Overall Satisfaction with Worldpay from FIS

We utilize Worldpay from FIS as point of service ; it is an integrated part of our electronic medical records. We are able to complete patient copays, co-insurance amounts or balances owed.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Quick patient receipts
  • Hardly any down time

Cons

  • Ability to complete recurring payments in the EMR system
  • Apply balances correctly using an integrated billing system
  • Ability to accept payments quickly so patients aren't held up at the front desk, which in turn allows for more A/R.

As I stated, it is generally easy to use. It is very quick but should a transaction fail in the EMR, we can complete via the online provider portal.
