Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is a great collaboration tool. It has helped foster better communication between departments at our company. Gone are the "Are you done yet?" emails. By using the subtasks everyone knows the next step in a task and who owns it.
- Better communication/collaboration.
- Project history.
- Useful for organizing large projects.
- When making subtasks we need to remember to set the date to something other than backlog or it may not be visible on the dashboard.
- Need a better way to display that tasks have unread comments.
- Less mistakes.
