Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Product workflow. Listing the categories and steps needing to be done for building projects

Pros

  • List items
  • Capability to organize information
  • Has improved their interface in the last couple years

Cons

  • Search and inter-project reference. For our purposes, Wrike is sometime clunky to use. For example, if we would like to compare two or more instances, Wrike does not make it easy. each page is siloed/isolated. I would like to be able to search not just the titles but also the content of the pages/instances to compare information.
  • Others are more well qualified to offer specific figures

Wrike is well suited for simple organization of information to display. If the information is more involved, details could be more well organized and capable of being referenced between pages or projects. Removing this pain point would markedly improve my excitement about using it.
