Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Xero is used by our company as our accounting system, our financial source of truth. Its capabilities include invoicing, bill management, bank reconciliation and expense tracking. The user interface is appealing and easy to use.
- Customer Support!
- Bank reconciliation.
- Reporting.
- The change in direction for US payroll (i.e: integrate with an add-on) was disappointing.
- More invoicing formatting capabilities.
- Xero has increased cash flow visibility.
- Xero has reduced receivables turnaround.
In my opinion, Xero not only has equal and, in some cases, more functionality, it also has a better value price point.
