Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Xero was used in the accounting department of the institution with the intention of connecting with other units in charge of financial information such as the treasury and budget department showing the required financial information quickly and safely, with the novelty of having the information available to trusted advisors through its web platform.
- Access to information only with internet connection
- The system allows tracking of pending accounts receivable
- Robust accounting functions that allow you to view the cash flow, transactions and other details of the accounts in a safe and orderly manner
- Allows the integration of other systems
- It has unlimited support for system users
- It is multiplatform, you can view the information from any mobile device
- You do not have the option to charge for any late payment of any invoice
- The attention of the support department can always improve
- The options to integrate other systems are good but it limits the use of the system that the company suggests and not the ones that the client suggests
- The impact has been positive since it has allowed us to maintain the connection between the different financial and accounting units of the institution
- Follow up the information to detect the critical nodes
- Advance technologically in the institution with this novel way of having the information available to those interested in only having an internet connection
